Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
If you would like to return an item, please contact us at hello@lumewear.pl and include your order number.
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Refunds are processed once the item has been received and inspected.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within a few business days after approval.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or item, simply return your order and place a new one.
